The abbreviation for LARGE, followed by how Americans might say BUMS!!!!!!!!.
   

2)  Sign able to confuse some Europeans.  (8 )  _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
An anagram (confuse) of SIGN  ABLE.


3)  It’s a small world  (5, 6)   M _ _ _ _       P _ _ _ _ _
A 5 letter word for SMALL, and a 6 letter word for  a world in outer space.
     

4)  Drilling is uninteresting.   (6)    B_ _ _ _ _
A word that means DRILLING and UNINTERESTING.


5)  Officer, chef and explorer?.   (7, 4)   _ _ _ _ _ _ _     _ _ _ _
An army officer and another name for a chef; gives us a famous explorer.


(6)  Plant trees to attract animal (5) _ _ _ _ _
In consecutive letters in the clue.

1) Lasses must be the answer but only six letters. Never heard them called ASSIES,!
