A 2 letter informal word for thanks, followed by the 4 letter word that Shakespeare is sometimes called.
 

4)  Ineffectual, tell somebody to be more economical.  (7)   U _ _ _ _ _ _
Can you suss it?


5)  Quiet inhabitant lives in the White House  (9)   _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
Can you suss it?, easy peasy.
