My Excuse ....... Been out, Had a meal, and a bottle of Wine. Relaxing after having Grandaughter on Monday ( Only back at school today ) Seen her more from Friday to Tuesday Morning than in the last six weeks. We usually have at least a week to recover in between days.

I've been working on the quiz tonight.

I'm finding it hard going, I have started with a cold / lurgy / man flu, delete as appropriate.

We've done our 'big shop' at the supermarket today, but I was OK then.

I started to fell unwell after tea.

I like the look of that, it has a whopping 1000g of vitamin C in it,

which is known to be good for overcoming colds.

I think I got units wrong, the vitamin C content of course is 1000mg.

1000g is a Kilogram!!!!!!!!! Embarassed Laughing

I had a Lemsip after breakfast and have slept all morning.

At the moment not feeling too bad.

Some fresh air this arvo will help.

The irony is I was was saying to Mrs RMJ last weekend that we had managed to get through this last 12 months
with no colds .
