Quarters in this case is points of the compass,
followed by the 'original' biblical garden.


9) Flowers a follower bestowed on weavers (6) _ L _ _ _ _
'A FOLLOWER' means what follows 'A', followed by what you can weave on.


10) Wine from China, it is dreadful!!!!!!. (7) _ _ _ _ _ _ _
A final anagram (dreadful) of CHINA IT.
