I’ve not been well of late, no appetite and losing weight, I’ve gone from 10st 3lb down to 9st 8lb in 3 weeks.
The practice nurse at the doctors said I was way under weight and if I caught any sort of virus over Winter my body couldn’t fight it.
Momac / Maureen recommended Draught Guinness as a pick-me-up, so I’ve been having a 440ml can with my evening meal and it seems to be doing me good.
