Many thanks RMJ. It took me long enough, went out with motormouse yesterday. Mainly shopping, catching up on what we have missed out on for the last Three weeks, while the car has been out of action. I must have done too much, as I woke up this morning feeling lousey, and hardly able to lift my head due to pain and stiffness in my neck and across my shoulders. It has eased a little during the day, but I am praying for a decent nights sleep tonight, so I may feel better tomorrow. Sad Sleep
