A very good Wednesday night to all you Rejects Crossworders.

Put together the geographical location of the Home Counties, NO (from the clue) and the girl who was ‘educated’ in a film title.
     

4)  Keeps up unrealistic plans.[ (7,2,3,3)  C _ _ _ _ _ _ _     I _     T _ _     A _ _
Another word for ‘Keeps’ or ‘Fortresses’  followed by a phrase which means ‘up’ or ‘off the ground’.

Put together the abbreviation for a maiden over on a cricket scorecard, the abbreviation for ‘in charge’, and some costumes or clothes.
