An easy one to start us off.
Can you suss it?


2)  Royal residence listed crown as lost (7,6)
Anagram (lost) of LISTED CROWN AS
     

3)  Where snooker ball may be replaced there and then.  (2, 3, 4)   O _      _ _ _      S _ _                
The exact place one puts a snooker ball also means right now or immediately

4)  Writer with label on in US building.  (8 )   P _ _ _ _ _ _  N
A writing implement, a label, and the ON from the clue.


5)  Daughter is given something flowery, not a successs.  (8 )   D _ _ _ _ _ _ R
Start with the Daughter and the IS, followed by a flower.


6)  Herb consumed by personage, routinely passed to the left (7)   _ _ _ _ _ _ _
In consecutive letters within the clue, but reversed ([assed to the left).
