Gardening Bargains
Thu Apr 16 2015, 10:28
If you hear of any good deals on compost or fertiliser or whatever please post them here. I'll start with one me and Tem have used - that of coconut coir as a compost - you simply add water and it expands - these in the link can be done in the bag provided and so there is no mess - larger variations are available on Amazon and other gardening places...
£1 = 10 litres of compost: http://www.poundland.co.uk/home-and-garden/gardening/pests-weeds-fertilisers/compressed-coco-soil-compost-10-litres

B&M Bargains are selling off a lot of stock dirt cheap - please don't pardon the pun!
One year old fruit canes such as Gooseberry, Raspberry, Blackcurrants etc (they in a box) all 20p each.
They also have some small, sealed black boxes containing seeds such as Alpine Strawbs, Dwarf Sunflowers, and Herbs - all 10p each.
