Like the lady says:
1 Always turn it on.
2 Listen to the prompts

'Is that available for anyone to use ? It is a very dangerous instrument if used on the wrong person. The user needs to correctly diagnose the victim he/she is using it upon.'

Important to think of protecting modesty in public. Get people to screen person by holding cots etc. Especially in this day and age where people would rather film with phones than help.
