Tampons free to Schoolgirls.

Free tampons and sanitary towels will be available at all state schools and colleges in England from next week, the government has said. Education ministers say the scheme means pupils won't have to miss out on lessons due to their period and will help break down stigma.

About time too!

I agree. But I fear we shall see them strewn around the place by the immature ones, kids will be kids.

I wonder if they will be in the toilets in a dispenser, or given by a teacher/nurse?

Would they risk a dispenser? Then again would the young lasses be embarrassed to ask teacher?

Don't know why I'm even discussing this...I don't care.
