This woman has been campaigning for an end to the BBC Licence fee and started her petition 5 years ago. More recently someone started a Save our BBC' petition and she has been told to move her petition since it opposes this more recent petition. Supposedly to 'protect democracy' when it's quite clear it's exactly the opposite.
