First topic message reminder :
Posted this before. I never get colds, but several years ago, I got a cold that lasted 5 weeks. When it went I had no sense of smell or taste. Still don't.
I wonder if I had a strain of the virus?
I strongly believe the virus was man made and not from animals.
Scientists said on TV that the virus cannot be transferred from animal to man, then one corrected herself and said, 'Except for the bat that started it.'

I could have asked you to polish his bell.
I found myself watching a thing on telly last week showing how fanfare trumpets are made. The programme may even have been called 'How It's Made'. Most enjoyable. I then decided to watch similar things on youtube.
Unfortunately, on one of the vids, some Yank kept saying "sodering" instead of soldering. BASTARD! I flew into a rage and gave the wheelie bins a damned good kicking, I can tell you.

Despite it being Chap-el Day. A time for peaceful reflection, meditation, roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, I gave it a looking at.
Started off well.
'If you are looking for a sodering iron, please accept our apologies while we explain that the proper spelling is soldering iron. That said, if you are looking for the best soldering tools on the market, you do not need to be concerned about spelling when you shop with us'
Well done them.

Then I read the next bit and gave up
'When you are shopping for an industrial grade sodering iron, you may be a bit uncomfortable with the prices. On the other hand, if you do the math, you will find that a good quality soldering iron will wind up being twice, or even three times as cheap over the long run.'
I've lost me appetite.
Mom's apple pie, anyone?
Still, it is aimed at American customers.

The word “mathematics” can be considered as a singular and as a plural noun. Both the Oxford and the Merriam-Webster dictionaries say the word is plural – hence the s on the end – but also that it is usually used as if it was a singular noun.

Mathematic. is the singular adjective for the noun 'Mathematics' (which is plural, as there is multiple forms of mathematics). Mathematical is a descriptive adjective for any form of Mathematics.
Mathematician, a noun, is a person who's good at sums.
It follows, that a "Math" is descriptive of a Mathmatic, in the singular. ie: a kid, at school, in the olden days, would do 'trig'. Trig. is "a Math. Trig. AND Calculus, is Maths !
So theer!

Back to the topic. There is a vaccine against the flu, yet people die of the flu every year.

Went out for a walk today, went to Wales with a mate, Jonah, he's from Whales.
Anyway, people are actually trading sex for food there. I got a mars bar.
